The Company's board of directors met on January 22, 1999 and, after discussing the results of the process and other available alternatives, decided to suspend the formal efforts to find an equity partner.>> What on earth would prevent ABTX,out of simple RESPECT for it's shareholders to say for instance as an example " the results contained 3 formal offers that were at evaluations that we deemed unacceptable,there fore we have chosen to state are independence and to now pursue this on an informal basis" The mere fact that the official statement is foggy at best keeps me suspicious and gives room for one to perceive the possibility of no offers being the actual case---if there had been offers they should clearly state the case--but they haven't---and Still Krazy remains a creep for the assinine way this jerk chose to communicate with me-hate these messageboard rude-boys-think they are so smart,and never have a clue who they are talking to.Max90
