Yes, I received one on Jan. 27 announcing a special meeting to be held on the 27th @ 10:00 a.m. PST. It announced a proposal to approve the increase on shares of common stock and a conversion of preferred to common stock. It sounds like the company is trying to raise cash by diluting the value of its common shares. The only news out was the announcement of issuance of a patent for growing tubal tissue. This is a good thing. It received news attention on news shows locally and most likely, nationally but, did not mention the company by name, only the technology. Tomorrow will be an interesting day.
