Company qualifies by spending exploration funds on a Quebec property. The PQ investor benefits with moderate risk by finding companies with PQ properties having big exploration expenditures. This project more than qualifies and is an attractive investment: TSE listing, ability to finance, solid management, good project and money being spent shortly on exploration. Downside, flow-thru has an 18 month hold period.
