Mariner, this was the same math I used early in the game having made the assumption that the existing UNPH shares would be provided with the new company shares on a one to one basis. You are right, now that they have clarified it the math seems to be accurate. I think they mentioned the one to one ratio on the CC call as well.

Let's hope for an upshoot from here on in.
