From what I understand, the convert holders are not short anymore. If you check the short interest, there are still 2.8MM shares short. This has been one big game of musical chairs. The music has stopped and the only one left dancing is senior Arsensio. Interfiducia must really mean business if they are willing to take out the Hancock holders and the convert holders, Palladin and Rose Glen. More than likely they (Interf.)will swap into equity. All I can say is Via Con Dios or as Arnold S. used to say, Hosta La Vista baby.
