Hi Louis,

You may want to do the math. It is only worth $2.00 or so (per share) to them. They are already way up ($8-10) since the IPO was announced. I ran these numbers almost a month ago. If you play it sell BEFORE the IPO.

There may not be a thread on it until now, but it has been discussed on other threads which deal with IPO spin-offs several times.

PS--Their core business has been financing funeral parlors! Gotta love that!) The division which finances other companies is relatively new.
