Steve,

So now we sort of know whats going on at PCOM, the Coors
guys are in charge. I'd be sort of excited about that if PCOM was
a micro brewery, but all I see now is that a management team
which was successful has been disturbed. What the solar
electric business needs are panel prices going down to $3 or $2
a watt, new management doesn't change the reality of selling
a product (photovoltaics) that has economics stacked against
it except in a slowly growing set of niche areas.

I guess the positive spin is that maybe ACX can supply the
$3 / watt panels someday and PCOM becomes the distribution
vehicle. Or that PCOM management was in fact mediocre and
Coors will enliven the company.

But I did try to sell 80% of my shares today at $3, but the order
never kicked in.

My guess on the volume / price runup a couple Fridays ago is
that it was somehow related to Kaufmann leaving, options being
exercised, an arranged sale/purchase of sorts that didnt reflect
real trading of the stock. But like always, who knows?? Not
me , and I think I need to reduce my exposure to this new PCOM.

What do you think Steve?, is there a big positive here I'm
missing?

Gerry
