Your point above is true but remeber the investors also got those "warrants" that probably make up for that floor that won't be utilized. If anyone really cares I could put this stuff (looks like a glorified "collar") in my computor and try and value it... but again, I don't think it's the company (XOMA) that are the options rocket scientists here... but someone is!
