I received a telephone message about the proxy about 10 days ago. I received the actual proxy in the mail on 1/25. I opened the mail when I got home that day. Forgot about it the next day because I had more important things to do. Too late. If they want me to return the proxy or call it in, they need to send them out a little earlier. This may require a little planning and organization on their part. On the other hand, it seems to me that this is part of the problem with the company. Lack of management expertise and organization.
