Katherine: 193 nm DUV technology has been proven to extend to .07 micron feature sizes using Cymer's laser. That takes us to 2009 on the roadmap. Lambda isn't anywhere close in 193 nm- so to somehow call that a dead heat is a stretch at best. Regarding 13 nm - I think we're gonna first see a step to 157 nm. Once again I believe it will be virtually all Cymer (a monopoly in my opinion-which might only change if Lambda could ever get even one 193nm laser into production some day).
