The Special meeting for the Intel merger will be held on Fri., 2/26/99, 9:00 am at Hale and Dorr LLP, 60 State Street, Boston, MA. 02109.

I have only read portions of it. Am I correct in understanduing that all we investors get is $6.00 cash/share? I could not determine if there is a choice to convert to Intel stocK and at what ratio.
Please let me know. Thanks.

Regardless, I am voting a NO! I'll be putting my proxy in the mail tomorrow. WE HAVE BEEN SCREWED!
