not only don't we get any of the INTC stock appreciation, we don't even get any interest on the $6 cash/share since the merger was announced. IOW, zucko sold out near the low and then froze the price there. it was the worst shareholder screwing in recent history but, hopefully, the lawyers will open up the deal so we can see zucko's payoff.
