Well I have bitched and complained about B of M's service, to them and to the thread. It is now time to give them a round of applause. They have improved their service. The on-line (former boat anchor) is working better - so much so that when I call on a land line I get through within 5 min instead of the old 15 to 25. The guys in the shop don't have much to do. I could have told them, and I guess they finally realized that they were loosing a lot of trades because of the old system. It's the old story of "you gotta spend money to make money".
