Auric, the 15c-211 is what shareholders should focus on instead of other posters. In the case of RMIL, no one filed one, and the company has not traded for over 1 year. The officers gave the shareholders many rah rah's, but in the end, the financials and the 15c-211 must be filed. Shareholders should ask who will be filing one and ask when this shall occur.
