Did everyone see the press release? I have it at home, but they settled with two out of the three debenture holders. The third is Black Sea. I think they bought back the debentures, but the release didn;t clearly state the settlement. I would love to hear the thread's opinions on the press release when people see it. I remember people not wanting LONE to settle for too little because they thought we really had a case against these "dbags" (to quote Glen). I am really curious to see what they settled for. If they are buying back the bebentures, then at what price? Did we get a deal here in our favor, or is the deal that we don;t have forced bankruptcy case against us from two out of the three? Some insight please. Welcome back to work all.

Sam
