Scott,
I can't understand why you would short the highest yeielding stocks
when their yield will keep them from going down as much as the others.
If I would short the dow, it would be the rest of the stocks not the Dow
10 or 5. In this market, it might be a smart move to short the indexes,
but go for a broader group like S&P 100 or 500 for diversity.
If you had shorted the Dow 30 even days when some stocks dropped a
lot, IBM or Merck would have killed you.
