<<I like USRX, but am most definitely waiting for the dust to settle. IMO, that would take at least several weeks; if not a few months.>>

A good analyst can see through any dust, and lets neither smoke nor mirror confound him for months. :-) (Just joking.)

In any case, that Dicker guy of Rockwell is badder than Soddom Hussein. Just on Friday he was slapped with a punitive fine that would wipe out half of the whole company's quarter earnings (not just his unit's) and the judge called his men liars and thieves. So today he howled Mother of All Battles to distract attention and maybe to calm down his bosses. I don't know what his bosses going to do with his head once they've got to actually pay the fine though.

This is competition so I am going to accept that low-blows do occur. The WSJ article characterized this plan as "the latest and riskiest step" from Rockwell. Yes, if Dicker doesn't deliver, it's certainly mightily risky.

As far as USR is concerned, I think they have lots to learn about PR. A weak response today with re-iterated ISP support is somewhat disappointing. Plus renewed promise for x2 delivery this month. No wonder the stock dropped 3pts.

I am as blind as Sal, so we will have to wait till the actual delivery of the goods to know who's first.
