To say that SRCM "doesn't give a rat's ass" about the exercise of the warrants is a stretch MW. It's one thing to suspect that they are in anyway connected to the rumors that seemed nicely timed last April and again last July when the stock flirted with the trigger price. I'm willing to assume they had nothing to do with that. But this company has a bad cash burn problem and none of the deals they've signed thus far have done anything about it. And their cap structure isn't built for their burn. For them NOT to care about whether or not a new $25MM is coming into the company would be mismanagement.
