Frank wouldn't shoot himself in the foot after waiting three years for the right to convert, would he? The S1 documents don't lie. Hey, I agree, now would be a stupid time to head for the hills with a lot of loot. Frank may insult people but he's not stupid. The SEC knows Franklin is the only customer that USAT has and USAT is Franklin's biggest customer. I wonder what the discussions would be if FTEL gets halted. Look, I realize that all you have usually is what Frank tells you but we have to back things up on paper too. That's how things are done. Back to the world of research. WH
