I still need to do some math, although somebody else did a calculation (that indicated a $20+ valuation) based on comparing expected market cap to other ISPs.

Where you you get the $2.00? If it's from the 10-Q, their accounting practice is to report assets at cost. Based on that, the expected valuation would not be reflected on their books.
