I wonder where they were the past year?<g> Well I am glad they didn't downgrade SLB b/c then I would be really pi$$ed. I am sitting with more than 2/3 my allocation to SLB all in SLBEJ calls. I really think MS is way off base at this point in time. The OS stocks look more like a strong base being formed and with all technical indications for a good move upward from here. Oil up 11 cents this morning. DavidG
