Interesting (particular the line about escape clauses) and persuasive... though I have a stake in hoping you are wrong.

Has any impropriety been even alleged other than a 10% misstatement of profits? Even that would be bad, of course, but could have more to do with accountants, and nothing to do with whether AHD's product works.

Are you suggesting that if AHD is perceived as corrupt, their customers could worry that AHD is giving confidential security info to criminals? Not that I understand the security business, but that possibility seems awfully remote, and not an inevitable or even likely extension of accounting problems.
