I don't think Clinton can pardon himself,
although Al Gore as President would be
able to do so.

As for the story about Ken Starr and his
possible indictment, if it is true, Ken
Starr shot himself in the foot, and if the
story is a fabrication by the Whitehouse
(I think this may be the case), it just
shows what a bunch of losers the WH spin-
meisters are. This time, they got caught,
and the consequences may be grave.
