I thought he came across better than most of the oil execs. Honest & a sense of humor. Said OS would turnaround, just the timing was in question. Haynes asked him if he was concerned about being acquired as the stock price was so depressed (at BV) -- he said RDC had the ultimate poison pill - its a drilling company!
