CELL/CLST merger rumors have been around for some time, but I believe Goldfield's comment may have been the first public admission that such talks had taken place. Did he say whether it was still a possibility? Why would CLST merge with a computer company? I caught only two minutes of that interview, but was pleased Mark Haynes (sp?) was grilling him on declining earnings.

Congrats on CLST purchase.

Did S&P run a correction, anyone?
