Vicrobi - I agree in general. However, you did not get the one-sided threat vis PM that I got from RANDE. Also, because of this:

there may have been new folks who lost a lot of money. That, coupled with an attempt to suppress information from the short side of the position, is at least very problematic and may cross legal and regulatory bounds. JMO.
