You guess wrong, Dan B. I have honestly studied this case with my razor-sharp engineer's brain, untainted by any Starr-y-eyed lawyerese or moralizing convervatism, and it is, in a word, silly. (IMHO, of course.)

The allegations of obstruction of justice center on Clinton's statements to the Starr grand jury, which would not exist except for the GOP's single-minded insistence on bringing down Clinton at any cost. That qualifies as both silly and petty in my book.
