Nihil, RE:"Intel won't make profits off of 333 Celerons --" You misquoted me. I said that Intel won't make "much" profit selling Celeron 333s to E-Machines. RE:"All manufacturing costs are incurred (or sunk) when the fab is built and batch of chips is run. Scrap is scrap. Every penny made from selling scrap is profit."... This is silly. Celeron 333s aren't scrap. It appears you've never been in the manufacturing business. Jim
