INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED 11/04/1988

ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us

This information is gleaned from this URL, I condensed it for convenience.

But note that this company was involuntarily dissolved until July of last year when Pamela Wilkinson apparently revived it, for $1903.75. Then we see what is apparently a sale to Darren Little, I guess back on about 1/12/99. That was when the paper work to the State of Florida was forwarded requesting the name change.

Then we have this apparent sale of $7&#189 million shares for $75K and then the sale of the additional &#189 million raising apparently $1 million for working capital.

Not bad for only 2 weeks work, no published business plan, no revenue, and no real site and no traffic.

And this can be worth as much as $350 million? Lord, what a wonderful country.
