Share Repurchase Plan Aside from the convertible stock issues, which I don't fully understand, HEC's repurchase of 10 million shares in the next year equates to 7.5% of the outstanding shares. This seems like a significant boost for shareholder value IMO. Also, does anyone know if the 10 million share buyback will be in addition to the previously announced 5 million share buyback which was cut short at 700,000 by the SEC? Or are they saying that from this point out they will repurchase 10 million shares, period? As usual, all comments welcome.
