Hi Katherine, Yes I did, I bought a 100 @ 35 1/8 & 100 @ 34 3/8. As to the pension fund liability my recollection was that the unfunded liability was more in the $100 million range but I am going to look into it, though it doesn't strike me as a major concern given the large capitialization of First Data. I don't know if you listened to the analyst conference (I posted the number previously) and while I didn't listen to all of the questions and answers I generally liked what I heard from management. I can't account for the weakness today as I am aware of no bad news but understand there was some huge volume. I guess the issue is whether the smart money is buying or selling? I don't profess to be particularly smart but I have a good feeling about this one, especially for the long term. If you have a fax number I might be able to fax you some info. Best Regards, Brian
