Well according to the Amendment to the corporation charter in Florida, Bingo.com has 50M shares. The issue of outstanding is not clear.

Progressive General Lumber applied for Reinstating themselves July 14th and were reinstated effective the 17th according to the records. They paid the State of Florida $1903.75 as of 7/28/98 to do this. This was all done by Pamela J. Wilkinson.

Simultaneous with this filing was an article of amendment that says among other things that:

"The Capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 50,000,000 shares of common stock, .$001 par value."

"The holders of shares entitled to 1/3 of the votes at a meeting of shareholder's shall constitute a quorum."

"Acts of shareholders shall require the approval of holders of 50.01% of the outstanding votes of the shareholders."

Directors and Officers are not liable to the corporation or any shareholder for any breach of any duty owed to the corporation or its shareholders.

It also has language that permits and affirms related party contracts and transactions with the corporation.

It seems quite the vehicle for Darren Little, President, and the complete Board of Directors rolled into one, to enrich himself. A real one man show.

BTW your number of shares outstanding is undoubtedly light since 7&#189 million shares were sold for $75,000, I expect that Darren still retains control. Unless of course, he made that sweetheart deal to himself. And then what a tidy little transaction, won't you agree. $75,000 on the 13th and today it is worth $50M. Lord what a great country.

Just go and down load the corporate amendment documents for yourself.
