The concept is that some mid-level employee has to buy these holograms to stick on credit cards. The purchase may only cost 2-300000$ but a leak of counterfeits would cost millions. Anything could scare this mid level employee to change suppliers to save his own neck.

If the restatement goes back to before IPO, then fraud is very hard to deny.
