SEDONA--(RUETERS)--Feb. 1, 1999--FBN Associates, (NAZDAQ:FBNA - news) Monday announced that FBN has partnered with YAHOO! (NSADAQ:YHOO- news) to help distribute FBN products and services. Tens of millions of people visit YAHOO! very day.

TEDennis, president of FBN stated: "We searched high and low for the proper partner to handle the volume of mail we expect to receive in the coming months. We considered AT&T Worldnet (NYSE:AT- news) and America On-Line (NYSE: AOL- news) before finally choosing Yahoo!"

Other companies that expect to send out high volumes of mail include Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN- news), Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT- news), and IBM (NYSE:IBM- news). Studies indicate the combined total of e-mail for those companies combined with FBN could top 100 million pieces a year.

Earlier today FBN was awarded FBNAssociates@Yahoo.com as their Yahoo e-mail address. Said mailroom clerk Joseph Svejk: "In an effort to maintain the closest possible bond with our clients and shareholders, we have decided to allow unlimited access to our Yahoo! e-mail account absolutely for free."

FBN Associates is a Sedona-based company that provides numerous Y2K and e-commerce solutions to the world at large.
