I have no background in the service other than I tried it and found it useful. It is free now as a trial but will be a monthly charge later. I had no basis for the numbers but feel that 100,000 is not out of the picture when thousands of new internet users appear everyday and some of them would like a service that checks the computer for them and does not require upgrading software to remain current.
I am trying to see how others feel about the potential for this concept.
