OK so then your primary criticism of Clintons budget is that he is telling people that he is saving social security, when he is really doing nothing of the sort - he is paying down the debt. Paying down the debt is good, its the best thing he could do, right? But hes leaving the hard work of really revamping social security to some other leader. Im just trying to figure out where the sentiment of "hes spending all the money" is coming from.
