A post from Yahoo message board: News pending by: zvxcopyidexx 316 of 316 I called the company this morning and left a message to have the CEO call me when He gets time. I did recieve a call in the afternoon by a gentleman that is helping with the deal. He told me that they have been at work with this since September of last year, and already have some deals inked out. He also stated that they did in fact send a very detailed response back to the NASDAQ this morning and feel this should satisfy and questions they might have. I asked him if there was any 'fluff' associated with the news release on friday and was somewhat insulted that I even suggest such an idea. After talking with the company and finding out the "true" facts of the matter, I wish that I had bought more stock on friday when it was under $2.00.
