Koor Industries Increases Stake in ECI Telecom
TEL AVIV, Israel--Feb. 1, 1999--Koor Industries Ltd. (NYSE:KOR - news), a leading
Israeli investment holding company, announced that it has exercised its call option to
purchase 3,830,000 shares of ECI Telecom (NASDAQ:ECILF - news) from Clal Industries at an exercise price of $37 per
share.
This acquisition of an additional five percent of ECI Telecom's outstanding share capital brings Koor's stake in the company to
24.6 percent. Upon completion of the previously announced merger of ECI Telecom and Tadiran Communications, Koor's
stake in the merged entity will be 32.5 percent on a fully diluted basis.

Hi-MAC 100, the first member of its new family of Multiservice Access Concentrators. Multiservice Access Concentrators are
