Interesting article on dogway customer support You will need a subscription to thestreet.com to read it. thestreet.com Basically it relates several anecdotal cases of people being passed off many times and finally hung up on, plus the disaster of their sponsored internet service provider. A fund manager then explains that wall street doesn't care about customer support as long as their sales are increasing. Their sales increases won't last long if this continues. In contrast I have never heard a bad comment about Dell customer support, and MD has stated that every employees compensation is tied to measurements of customer satisfaction. Ken
