There is news out on SIRC and another site they are putting together for a client utilizing
their Webquill subsidiary...my opinion only is that we will continue to see Webquill
Internet Services signing development agreements such as the one today w/STGA. Will
post it when it becomes avail at Y.

has acquired the operations of a competitor, Tag Air.

Tag sells travel product primarily to American Airlines employees through its Web site,
www.tagintl.com, catalogs and two
retail locations.

State Malls

today that its wholly owned Internet subsidiary, WebQuill Internet Services, has
reserved domain names for 48 State specific
virtual malls.

Each planned site will target small businesses in a specific State and use the same
domain template of www.xx-search.com,
such as www.ct-search.com for Connecticut. WebQuill intends to market these sites in
conjunction with its affiliated CLEC
companies, Essex Communications and Access One Communications. The three entities
currently provide services to
approximately 10,000 small business customers.
