Well, I don't care how talented he is there are no checks and balances in the corporate governance, the 7 &#189 million share deal looks quite suspiciously sweet. Either he is not so smart and gave away $50M of stock over a 2 week period, or he is so smart and tucked all that swag in his own britches. Either way, there is an odor coming from the board room. Did I tell you already that he is the sole member of the Board of Directors? And also President? That is really sweet.
