Insider Trading/Question From "nyre2" on Yahoo! board: ". . . my alert service that runs SEC searches just reported M. Faulkener filing to buy 100,000 shares . . . ." Sounds good if confirmed. Question: Can someone please explain what these "floorless debentures" are? This discussion goes over my head.
