About this gambling is good for economy stuff, I think it is just a smoke screen. I heard some disturbing statistics about casino and social service spending. For every tax dollar collected from casino, the state/Feb gov. have to spend $1.5 on social services, because there are too many gambling addicted people need help. Of course, you don't hear this kind of statistics from the mainstream media.
