Troy, No, I'm more concerned about Intel/LMC/CHPS than I am about TI/3DLabs. 3Dlabs is very strong in the professional markets, but I haven't heard of plans to enter the S3 & ATI space. But, to be fair, I haven't been digging for details on 3DLabs lately. Good Luck. Ski
