Well, I will have to admit this has me a bit confused also, but since it is a convert, at about $156/sh, everyone and their brother is tripping over themselves to buy the bond knowing that the stock will hit 200 in the next week or so - then arb it! The company, for their part, thinks it will hit over 200 within a year and then they can call the bond and convert it to stock. Everyone wins! Why didn't I think of this before? I have to go get euthanized, 'cause I don't get this printing money deal, without winding up in jail. -nfg- Thank EasyAl for this lottery - the offering participants have to be laughing their butts off. P.S. Bill M. was just on CNBS with Sue H. doing the interview. Pretty good performance, too bad it was so reasonable and classy, no one will pay attention. -ng-
