Here's some info Helen emailed to me-- Hi David. While we are watching what is happening with USAT with interest, I don't know more than anyone else who has been following the news. As regards their dealings with Franklin, they have been straightforward and correct. They have paid promptly, sometimes in advance, for everything that has so far been delivered and we are currently filling another order for which they have prepaid. The California network which we installed for them is running well. To counter one of the more ridiculous rumors I've heard, they pay by company check in US dollars, NOT stock. We are hoping that their difficulties will be resolved in their favor; in any case, we've been here since 1981 and will continue, with or without USAT as a customer. Hope this helps, Helen West
