Hitesh Thanks, Janice just some notes on the call: these analysts are hammering the ROK guys, I want to see what gets printed. They are firmly making ROK explain themselves.

You know you can't help feeling sorry for them, these chips are not upgradable...they don't have them yet. <VBG>

ROK said AOL would replace 40% of AOL equip. with ROK based equip. because 40% of the existing AOL equip. is ROK based. THEN they were asked why they thought that since the old equip. couldn't be upgraded. No real answer given.

By this point they should have cut it short. The friendly atmosphere is not really present, more like they're being grilled. Many questions are being asked over and over. Interoperability seems to be very much in question, they keep referring to the agreement they have with LU. They are answering with terms like " would have the potential for upgradability to get compatibility". They don't have interoporability now.

Asked about PC OEMs, Answer refers to OEMs saying they support the interoporability.

It is obvious ROK is rushing this because of pressures from their OEM customers.

They talk of the old V.34 stuff still being in the channel for a long time.

They don't think their customers have V 34 products which will cause them problems.

Testing. Won't answer in detail. In labs with simulation of real world conditions. used v34 data. have tested real world for a few weeks.

They have the capacity to ramp up as v34 is phased out.
