Ecuador Oil Questions consistent with my unnoticed post #3779: all questions refer to NPEC percentage and could be for any time period;i.e. a recent month, quarter, projected 1997, etc. (1) What is NPEC share of production after royalty or government take in barrels per day? (2) What is sales value of oil in $/bbl? (3) What are Gross Revenues?, should get by multiplying 1 times 2 (4) What are costs and expenses to produce oil? - total of wages, drilling mud cost, oil transportation, salt water disposal, dry hole expenses, exploration expenses, tarrifs, levies, fees, local and severance taxes. (5) what is the pretax earnings? should be subtraction of 4 from 3. (6) What are the income taxes and the statutory tax rate? (7) What are the earnings after taxes? should be subtraction of 6 from 5. (8) What is the Net Cash Generation? should be earnings after taxes plus non-cash items like depreciation, depletion, deferred income tax, maybe dry hole and exploration expenses minus new investment capital. (9) How much of that net cash generation leaves the country available for corporate NPEC purposes?
