Pete,

You state " not a good sign for the integrity of management" ,"evidence of insider action" and "tarnish the already poor image of the company".

Do you have ANYTHING at all to substantiate your accusations against Crystallex? These are quite serious allegations to be making and I do hope that you have something to back it up.

For my part, I have not seen anything even remotely close to what you are stating.
