Thanks for the feedback Glenn. But since Yahoo is not really buying Geocities, but offering Geocities shareholders an interest in Yahoo for merging into Yahoo, does it still apply? Dave, I believe so but am far from certain. My reasoning is something has to account for the difference in the market value of the shares and the book value of Geocities. I am guessing a bit here. Glenn
